Creating service calls in month and year view

Aside from the default Week View of your Planning Screen, you have the option to create a service call using either the Month or Year View. Switching to this view lets you quickly see the overall monthly or yearly grids. From here, you can drag a service call to your desired schedule and create a task or ticket.๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

๐Ÿ“…Create a service call in month view

Switching to the Month view will display the day and the corresponding date slot on the Planning Screen. Once you hover on a service ticket, you can glance at the number of completed tasks, completed tickets, and the remaining capacity.


To create a service call in month view, follow these steps:


1. Click the Month tab to change the Planning Screen into the Month view.๐Ÿ“…

2. Go to the Plan Bucket and drag a Plan Bucket item towards the schedule of your choice.๐Ÿ“

3. Update the details of the service call and click Add to planner.โœ๏ธ

4. To view the service you've created, click on the tile where you added the Plan Bucket item.๐Ÿ“Œ

๐Ÿ’กPro tip: Hovering your mouse over a tile will quickly check the number of service calls assigned to that schedule. The leftmost part shows the current number of service calls assigned to that schedule. The following two parts show the other service call items assigned and the total capacity remaining for that day.

5. To view a service call, click the Expand icon.๐Ÿ”

6. From this point forward, you have the option to update the details of the service call item, copy, or delete the item itself.ย ๐Ÿ”„

Switching to the Year view will display the current year's month and week numbers. Like the Month view, hovering on a service ticket will give you a glance at the number of completed tasks, completed tickets, and the remaining capacity.


1. Click the Year tab to change the Planning Screen into the Year view.๐Ÿ“…

2. Drag the Plan bucket items towards your desired schedule.๐Ÿ“

3. Update the information you need and once done, click the Add to planner button.โœ…

4. To view the service you've created, click on the tile where you added the Plan Bucket item.๐Ÿ–ฑ๏ธ

๐Ÿ’กPro tip: By hovering your mouse over a tile, you will quickly check the number of service calls assigned to that schedule. Then the next ones are the other service call items assigned and the total capacity remaining for that day respectively.
