Create task and ticket

Creating a task and ticket in Proxuma is straightforward. Type the title and complete all the required details the system requires. Once you've made them, the To Do section in the Planning tab will update its total number of To Dos.
Now, from this section, you can start planning how it will be accomplished by dragging the task or ticket toward your Planning Screen, and from here, the magic begins.

✅Creating task
Creating tasks in Proxuma is straightforward. You just need to complete the required details of the task. Assigning a user to the task is optional and can be added once it is converted as a service call.
To create task, follow these steps:
1. From the main menu, click Planning.📅
2. Click the + New button.📝
3. Select Create Task from the list.📅

4. Type the Title of the task.📝
📝 Note: All fields with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.🔴
5. Set the Start and End Date.🕒
6. Set the Category to where the task belongs to.🗂️
7. Set the applicable Task Type.📌
8. Select a Company and Project.🏢

9. Add the Primary Resource for this task (optional).👤
10. Choose a Work Type from the list.🛠️
11. Select the Status of the task.⚙️
11. Type the task's description.📝
12. Once done, click Create.🛠️

13. You will also receive an update in the Notifications module that the task has been added successfully.📬
💡Pro tip: If there's a problem with the task creation, Proxuma will provide the details of the error, e.g., Error 500.

🎫Creating Ticket

To create a ticket, follow these steps:
1. From the main menu, click Planning.📅
2. Click the + New button.✨
3. Select Create Ticket from the list.🎫

4. Type the Title of the ticket. 📝

5. Select the company from the list.🏢
6. Set the ticket's Priority.⚠️

7. Add the Primary person for the ticket.👤
8. Set the Work Type.🛠️
9. Set the Status of the ticket.🎫
10 Next, set the Issue and Sub Issue Types.📝
11. Last, type the Ticket's Description.🎫
12. Review the details of the ticket and click Create.📋

13. You will also receive an update in the Notification tab that the ticket has been added successfully.📬
