Create a service call in the project module

Creating service calls within the project module makes it easier to see how service calls connect to project and task goals. You can easily move around in the projects module to handle the entire project, tasks, and service calls. This makes things simple and saves you time from switching between different screens or sections.

Quickly create a service call inside the Projects module by choosing a time and date first then double-clicking on the slot where you want to add the service call. The best part here is that you don't have to open the service call item again and change the details of it. You just need to expand or reduce the size and drag the service call to the new day date and time of your choice.

To create a service call, follow these steps:

1. Go to Projects.📂

2. Click the expand icon of a company and double-click on an available phase or subphase slot.🔄

3. A pop-up will then appear where you can choose the assigned resource for this service call.💬
4. Update the details of your service call and also the associated task.🛠️

5. Once done, click Update.✅

6. Once your service call is created, you can edit the service call again or reschedule by dragging and dropping the service call.  📅
7. You can also expand or compress it to change the duration of the service call.⏳
