The Appointments Filter on your planning screen serves the purpose of refining and displaying only the appointments or events imported from your Outlook calendar. By applying this filter, you can focus exclusively on your Outlook-related schedule, making it easier to manage and plan your day within the context of your Outlook appointments.ย
This feature is designed to enhance the organization of your time and activities, ensuring that you have a clear and dedicated view of events sourced from your Outlook calendar, distinct from other data or tasks on your planning screen.

1. On your Planning Screen, click the Filter button.๐

2. Choose Type from the list.๐

3. Pick Appointment from the list then click the Edit icon beside the option.โ๏ธ

4. For the first filter, choose between Title or Description.๐

5. Next, select the conditions that you want to filter out.๐
- Is equal to
- Is not equal to
- Contains
- Does not contain

6. Type the word that you need to be filtered out based on the conditions you've selected.๐

7. Include additional restrictions or inclusions.๐
a. And - To introduce supplementary limitations alongside your existing constraint. For example, Is equal to "Lunch" and Is equal to "Break".
b. Or - To incorporate an additional constraint, presenting it as an alternative. For example, Is equal to "Lunch" or Is Equal to "break".

8. Click the Search button to initiate the filter you've created.๐

9. Click Done.โ

10. You will now see the appointments based on the filters you applied.โ
