đź“–Definitions
- AWS SSO/MFA
AWS SSO/MFA is a web services product that authenticates users who access various online applications. This authentication server works by providing both Users and Identity Pools to authenticate users who are either authorized or anonymous when accessing your system or app. - Authentication URL
An Authentication Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is a web address that includes tokens and credentials for authentication purposes. - Subdomain
A subdomain cuts a domain into different website sections using a prefix. This process allows administrators to individually manage each subdomain and create different groups that belong to a single entity. For example, the main domain is "proxuma.com", and the subdomains can be "users.proxuma.com" and "reports.proxuma.com".
➡️For existing organizations
Existing organizations will be automatically migrated to AWS SSO/MFA and will have their respective user pool. As the organization's admin, you can activate users under Proxuma's Users module.
đź’ˇNote: Logins occur exclusively via the designated subdomain. If you access the planner tool through the main domain, you will be redirected to the authentication page, including your subdomain.
