When onboarding or adding new users to Proxuma, the system automatically creates a User Pool in AWS SSO/MFA. This allows users to integrate SSO or MFA into their accounts for enhanced security and convenience upon signing into their accounts to Proxuma. Once users are onboarded, the organization's administrator can activate a user so they can access the Planning tool.

User pool
A user pool is a directory used to securely store a user's account information such as their login information, names, and email addresses. Once a user signs in, authentication systems such as AWS SSO/MFA verify their identity.

🗄User pool

A user pool in AWS SSO/MFA is automatically created for every new user that you onboard. While Proxuma fetches all the users from Autotask, they are created via Proxuma's Users module.
