Planning Screen view and time

The Planning Screen displays all the events that are needed to be attended. If you need to change how your Planning Screen is presented, you can always customize each element in the General Settings and set them according to your preferences. You can set the Planning Screen time, extended hours, and time format from this section. Additionally, you can change the first day of the week of your planning screen.

📅Configuring the planning screen view and time
Here's how to configure each setting:
1. Navigate to Settings and select General.⚙️

2. Look for the Planning screen view/time settings panel.🕒

3. Start choosing your preferred Planning Screen view from the options listed.👀
4. Configure your preferred Start Time and End Time. Normally this is set to your Office Hours.🏢
Once your configuration is saved, the Planning Screen Start and End Time will look like this:

5. Set up the extended hours for morning or evening if needed.🌅
💡In this example, we changed the extended hours for the morning at around 05:00 - 6:00 and for evening at 22:00 - 23:00.

6. Change the Planning Screen time format to 24 or 12 hours if needed.🕒
💡We changed the Planning Screen time format to 12 hours in this example.

7. Last, set your preferred Planning first day of the week.🗓️
8. Click Save changes to apply all the settings you've set.💾
