Planning Screen month and year

You can decide if you want to display the total hours allocated for each Plan Item shown for both month and year displays. The list of your Plan Item's statuses may vary depending on your Autotask configurations.

To set up the Planning screen Month/Year settings, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings and select General.⚙️

2. From the Planning Screen Month/Year Settings, uncheck the option that you want to remove.📅

💡Pro tip: We recommend to choose all options for full visibility.

4. Click Save changes to apply your settings.💾
5. Click OK.👌

6. Applying this configuration will display the plan items on the Planning Screen, depending on your chosen choices.🖥️

💡Pro tip: The highlighted status will always be at the top of the list. In this example, the status highlighted in the General Settings is New.
