Billing codes allow you to monitor a resource's work on tasks, issues, and tickets. They allow you to specify: the billing rate (via a role rate, custom rate, or flat rate), minimum and maximum thresholds, whether it is billable, and whether it is taxable (Tax Category + Tax Region). Each billing code can be associated with a General Ledger Account and exported to your company's accounting software. Once Autotask's data is synced with Proxuma, you can assign this new work type to a task listed in the Planning Screen.
