Using a status for your tasks and tickets helps you monitor and track each task's progress and tickets created in Autotask. Furthermore, since Autotask is fully integrated with Proxuma, you can easily update the task or ticket directly in the system.

📊Adding new task and ticket status

To add a new task and ticket status in Autotask, follow these steps:

1. Hover your mouse over the Main Menu icon.🖱️

2. Then hover it again over Admin, and select Features & Settings.🔧

3. Expand the Projects & Tasks section and click Task & Ticket Statuses.🎫

4. Click the + New button.➕

5. Type the Status Name and select the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Event from the list.🕒

6. Add a color code (optional).🎨

7. Once done, click Save.💾

8. Once the data is synced with Proxuma, you'll see the new task and ticket status you've added to this list.📊
