Add new Service Call status

Setting the status for each Service Call helps you monitor and keep track of its progress. If you need more status, you can easily add it to Autotask, which is synced with Proxuma.

To add a new service call status, follow these steps:
1. Hover your mouse over the Main Menu icon.🖱️
2. Then hover it again over Admin, and select Features & Settings.🛠️

3. Expand the Service Desk (Tickets) section, and click Service Call Statuses.📊

4. Click the + New button.➕
5. Type the Status Name and select a Status Type from the list.📊

6. Set a color code for the new status (optional).🎨

7. Once you are done, click Save.💾
8. Once the data is synced with Proxuma, you'll see the new task and ticket status you've added to this list.📊
