Using Projects help you create a set of task to accomplish a certain objective for a company. Depending on the project's complexity, you can set the number of phases, assign resources and departments that will handle the project, and set the budget that will be spent during the project.

Here's how to add a new project in Autotask:
1. Hover your mouse on the Main Menu and select Projects from the list.📂

2. Type the company you want to create the project for and click Search.🔍

3. You will now see all the created projects for this company in this list.📋

4. Click the New button.➕

5. Complete all mandatory fields with red asterisk.🔴

6. Click Save.💾

7. Proxuma automatically syncs all data from Autotask. Once the sync is completed, you will see the Project you've created available in the Project list when you create a task or ticket in Proxuma.📊
