What is a Service Call?

The items displayed on your Planning Screen are called Service Calls. They are made into tasks shown in red, or tickets, shown in purple, by dragging a Plan Bucket item towards the Planning Screen. Yellow items are your Outlook appointments, which Proxuma automatically syncs.

Dragging a Plan Bucket item towards the Planning Screen sets that item as a Service Call. If the service call is less than or equal to 2 hours, it will only display the status on the first row.
In this example, the Service Call status is "New".

If the Service Call is greater than 2 hours or depending on how long the title is, it displays both the title and status.
In this example, the Service Call title is "Demo Task 1.1.1", and its status is "New".

If the "Show plan item type in front of task" is marked as 'Yes' ", it will show "Servicecall" before the title. This setting can be changed under General Settings.

The second row displays the start and end date-time of the Service Call item.

Last but not least, this row will show the company's location. Usually, "Primary Address" is displayed on this row.
