Use the Planning Screen’s filters to sort service calls. Applying filters narrows down the displayed service calls based on your selections. There are ten filters available to help you easily organize service calls and appointments.

📊Identifying the different planning screen filters
Activate a filter by clicking the Filter button. Then, select the filter you want to use. You can combine multiple filters to suit your preferences.

Here are the filters that you can use:
- Resources
- Department
- Company
- Project
- Role
- Queues
- Type
- Servicecall status
- Skills
- Line of business
👥Resources
Activate the Resources filter to show all related service calls and Outlook appointments for the selected resource. All other resources will be hidden from the Planning Screen.
To activate the Resource filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Resources from the list.

2. Select the resources from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, the filter will show up in this area.

🏢Department
Use the Department filter to view resources in the Planning Screen specific to your selected department.
To activate the Department filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Department from the list.

2. Select the departments from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, you will see the filter here.

🏭Company
Use the Company filter to display resources in the Planning Screen specific to their departments.
To activate the Department filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Company from the list.

2. Select a companies from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, you will see the filter here.

📁Project
You can effortlessly filter and identify all service calls associated with your selected projects, ensuring you quickly access the necessary information that you are looking for.
To activate the Project filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Project from the list.

2. Select the projects from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, you will see the filter here.

🎯Role
Filter and categorize resources in the Planning Screen according to their specific roles. With this filter, you can sort quickly the service calls assigned based on their responsibilities.
To activate the Project filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Role from the list.

2. Select the roles from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once active, you will see the filter here.

📋Queues
Filter the displayed service calls created for a ticket on your Planning Screen based on your chosen queues.
To enable the Queues filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Queues from the list.

2. Select the Queues from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, you will see the filter here.

📚Type
Use the Type filter to sort the service call types into the following types:
- Task
- Ticket
- Appointment
You can either filter a single type only or combine types as needed.
To activate the Type filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Type from the list.

2. Select the Types that you want to sort out.
3. Click Done.

4. Once the filter is active, it will only display the types you've chosen.

📞Service call status
Quickly filter the Service Calls displayed in the Planning Screen based on the Service Call status of your choice.
To activate the Service Call filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Servicecall status from the list.

2. Select the Service Call status from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, you will see the filter here.

📚Skills
Using the Skills filter, you can effortlessly sort the Service Calls on the Planning Screen according to the specific skills of the resources.
To activate the Skills filter, follow these steps:
1. Click the Filter button and select Skills from the list.

2. Select the Skills from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, you will see the filter here.

🏢Line of business
This filter can sort out the Lines of Business associated with the Autotask resource.
1. Click the Filter button and select Line of Business from the list.

2. Select the Line of businesses from the list.
3. Click Done.

4. Once activated, you will see the filter here.
